Women in Construction North Wales is committed to creating a network that is welcoming, inclusive, safe and professionally run.
As the network grows, it is important that everyone who gets involved understands how we operate, what they can expect from us and what we expect from those taking part in our community.
Our policies provide a clear framework for how we manage the network, protect personal information, run our events and create an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
They cover areas including privacy and data protection, website cookies, conduct and inclusion, safeguarding, data retention, and event bookings, cancellations and refunds.
We will review and update our policies as the network develops to make sure they remain appropriate for our activities and the people we support.
