Our Goals | womens network for construction workers

Our goals set out what we want the network to achieve across North Wales.

They give us a clear focus for the work we do, the partnerships we build and the opportunities we create. From connecting people and attracting new talent into construction, to supporting those already in the industry and helping drive meaningful change, each goal plays a part in building a stronger future for the sector.

Our five goals are:
