Rooted in CYMRU, our values guide everything we do, from the relationships we build and the conversations we create to the opportunities, mentoring, events and initiatives we deliver.

They are more than words. They set the standard for the culture we want to create, where people feel able to contribute, support one another, build meaningful relationships and work together to create positive change for women in construction across North Wales.
